Dr. Marcus P. Haw, MD, FRCS is a Congenital Cardiac Surgeon at the Spectrum Health. Dr. Haw earned his medical degree from Charing Cross Hospital Medical School in London, graduating from the University of London, and completed his surgical residency at Charing Cross Hospital in London and Aberdeen Royal Infirmary in Aberdeen, Scotland. He completed his adult cardiac surgery residency at Birmingham, Southampton, and Hammersmith hospitals in the United Kingdom and completed his pediatric cardiac surgery residency at Southampton and Great Ormond Street hospitals in the United Kingdom. Dr. Haw is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons and the European Connective Tissue Societies. He completed a traveling fellowship in the United States. Dr. Haw is co-director of the Congenital Heart Center and department chief for cardiothoracic surgery at Helen DeVos Children's Hospital. His clinical interests include congenital cardiac surgery in both pediatrics and adults.
