Marco Russano MD

Dr. Marco Russano received his MD degree and specialization in Medical Oncology with honors at the University Campus Bio-Medico of Rome. His scientific activity and clinical practice have focused on thoracic malignancies, immunotherapy, biomarkers, and targeted therapies. He has published several articles in international peer-reviewed journals and he is a Sub-investigator of a series of phase II-III clinical trials mainly concerning lung cancer. He is currently carrying out the Ph.D. project “Exosomal miRNA as biomarkers in Non-Small-Cell Lung Cancer Receiving Immune Checkpoints Inhibitors”.
