Marco F. Vespignani ND

Dr. Marco Vespignani is the medical director of Seattle Integrative Medicine and specializes in the integrative management of pain and neurological conditions. A 2004 graduate of Bastyr University, Dr. Vespignani was selected as a first year resident for the teaching clinic in Wallingford. Post-residency Dr. Vespignani moved to Davis, California and became part-owner of a private interdisciplinary pain, neurology and neuro-rehabilitation center specializing in functional medicine.

In 2009, Dr. Vespignani directed ITI’s STAIR residency at this facility. In addition, from 2006-2009 he was an active board member and legislative chair of California Naturopathic Doctors Association (CNDA). Since returning to Seattle in 2010, Dr. Vespignani has focused on research-based and clinically efficacious strategies to manage complex chronic conditions.
