Marcin Kortylewski PhD

Dr. Marcin Kortylewski is a professor in the Department of Immuno-Oncology at City of Hope (Duarte, CA). He received his Ph.D. in molecular biology in 1999 from the University School of Medical Sciences in Poznan (Poland). He completed two postdoctoral fellowships: in cancer biology (1999-2002) at the Institute of Biochemistry (Aachen, Germany) and in tumor immunology (2002-2005) at H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center (Tampa, FL). In addition to his STOP CANCER Award, Dr. Kortylewski is the recipient of the Margaret E. Early Medical Research Trust Award (2012) and the ThinkCure Foundation Award (2011).
