Marc Avram, MD runs his own practice in New York City and is also the Clinical Associate Professor of Dermatology at the New York-Presbyterian Hospital - Weill Medical College at Cornell Medical Center. He shares his affiliation with the Long Island College Hospital in New York City, acting as Chief of their Division of Dermatology.
Dr. Avram earned his B.A. at Tufts University in 1985 and continued studying at SUNY Health and Science Center in Brooklyn, thus earning his MD title in 1989. He interned at New York University- VA from 1989-1990 and then became a Resident of the Department of Dermatology at Harvard from 1990-1994. He resided as Chief Resident at Longwood Area Hospital in Boston from 1993-1994. He finished his Fellowship in Dermatologic Cosmetic Surgery at the Stough Clinic in Arizona in 1995.
