Dr. Marc Najjar is a multi-organ transplant, hepatobiliary, and pancreatic surgeon. He performs liver, kidney, and pancreas transplants, as well as hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery procedures.

Dr. Najjar is a member of the American Society of Transplant Surgery, the International Liver Transplantation Society, the American Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary Association, and the International Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary Association. He is certified in general surgery by the American Board of Surgery and transplant and hepatobiliary surgery by the American Society of Transplant Surgeons.

Dr. Najjar's clinical focus is on abdominal organ transplantation, transplant oncology, hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery, including minimally invasive robotic surgery. He is very passionate about improving access to care for marginalized patients, especially across socioeconomic and linguistic barriers. Dr. Najjar speaks 10 languages and makes it a priority to be able to communicate with his patients in their native languages to help them navigate some of the most difficult times in their lives. His research focus is on transplant oncology and improving outcomes of liver transplantation for cancer. He has multiple peer-reviewed publications and has presented his research findings nationally and internationally, for which he has received several awards.
