Marc Leone MD, PhD

Marc Leone, born in 1968 is a professor of Anesthesiology and Critical Care Medicine at Aix Marseille University and anesthesiologist in the Department of Anesthesiology and Critical Care Medicine at the Nord University Hospital in Marseille. He trained as a resident and fellow at Aix Marseille University. Specialist in intensive care medicine, he spent one year at the Washington University of Saint Louis Missouri. He obtained his PhD degree (sex and infection) at the Aix Marseille University in 2008. He is the present chair of the Department of Anesthesiology and Critical Care Medicine of his hospital. His expertise fields include sepsis and trauma.
