Marc Edward Brozovich, MD, FASRCS, FACS, specializes in the surgical treatment of diseases of the colon and rectum, including rectal cancer, inherited and genetic colorectal cancer, fecal incontinence, rectal prolapse, inflammatory bowel disease, and complex anorectal disease. Dr. Brozovich is experienced in laparoscopic, anal sphincter-preserving, endoluminal, and minimally invasive surgical techniques for the treatment of colorectal cancer. He directs a pelvic floor laboratory experienced in the evaluation and treatment of fecal incontinence.
Dr. Brozovich is board-certified in colon and rectal surgery and general surgery. He is recognized as a fellow of the American Society of Colon and Rectal Surgeons as well as fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He received his medical degree from Temple University School of Medicine, Philadelphia, completed his residency in general surgery at Western Pennsylvania Hospital, Pittsburgh, and his fellowship in colon and rectal surgery at Lahey Hospital and Medical Center, Burlington, Mass.
