Manuel Gomez MD, PhD

D. Manuel Arias Gomez is a specialist in Neurology and a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Santiago de Compostela. He is currently Head of the Neurology Section of the Santiago de Compostela University Hospital Complex, Associate Professor of Medicine-Neurology, and Corresponding Academician of the Royal Academy of Medicine and Surgery of Galicia. He is also a member of the Galician Society of Neurology, the Spanish Society of Neurology ( SEN ), and the American Academy of Neurology.

He has been the coordinator of the Humanities and History of Neurology Group and director of the Refresher Course for General Neurologists of the SEN
