Manuel Chamorro Pons MD

Dr. Manuel Chamorro Pons has a degree in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Zaragoza (1977-1983). He carried out his specialization in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (MIR) in the University Hospital "La Paz" of Madrid between 1985 and 1989. He obtained the title of Doctor in Medicine and Surgery with Excellayer Cum Laude in 1991.

Dr. Chamorro He is also a Fellow of the European Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. At the end of his residency period, Dr. Chamorro became part of the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Service of the "La Paz" University Hospital in Madrid, where he was Head of Section until December 2012 when he was appointed Head of Service of the La Zarzuela and La Moraleja Hospitals in Madrid (2012-2016).

Currently Dr. Chamorro works in his private practice and as head of service at the Ruber Juan Bravo Hospital in Madrid. Dr. Chamorro has always combined his work with his teaching, being until December 2012 Associate Professor of Surgery at the Autonomous University of Madrid, Dr. Chamorro is the author of multiple publications and presentations of national and international conferences, and is member of the Board of Directors of the Spanish Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Society.
