Dr. Manjola Ujkaj, M.D., Ph.D., is instructor in psychiatry, Harvard Medical School; research associate at the McLean Imaging Center, McLean Hospital; and psychiatrist at McLean Hospital’s Neurotherapeutics Department and the North Suffolk Mental Health Association. Dr. Ujkaj’s interests include teaching and academics, advancing clinical practice and clinical research in psychiatry, and organizational work and consultation. She has always been interested in systems dynamics and in promoting constructive organizational change and transformation.

Born in Albania, Dr. Ujkaj received her M.D., summa cum laude, from the University of Bologna, Italy, and her Ph.D. in human psychobiology from the University of Modena and Reggio-Emilia, Italy. Dr. Ujkaj joined Harvard Medical School in 2006 and has been working as an active faculty member with Levinson and Co. since 2007. She completed her residency training at the Harvard Boston VA Healthcare System in 2012.
