Dr Manish Nagpal has a vast experience of over two decades in the specialty of Vitreo Retina and is at present the Director of RETINA FOUNDATION. He has over 30000 Vitreo Retinal surgeries to his credit and has extensive experience of handling complex cases which are referred to him from all across India and abroad. He is also involved in clinical research and training and has to his credit over 150 research papers in national and international publications. He is a much sought after speaker at various national and international retinal forums for presenting his surgical experience and clinical research. He is also a Key Opinion Leader for collaboration on research with a lot of national and multinational ophthalmic companies.

He is a active international member of American Academy of Ophthalmology (AAO). American Society of Retina Specialists( ASRS) , Vit Buckle Society, USA , Asia Pacific Vitreo Retinal Society (APVRS), All India Ophthalmic Society (AIOS) , Vitreo Retinal Society of India (VRSI) and many other regional and Asian societies and forums and is regularly invited to present his surgical techniques and clinical research on these forums.
