As the Founder and Head of Operations at Zenith PV Solutions Inc., Manar Hammood established Zenith PV in 2020 and rapidly grew the operations by adding several new clients, providing full-service PV and specialised services to mid-sized pharmaceutical companies. She built a team of PV professionals to support this growth and at the same time plays an active part in the day-to-day execution of client projects through direct oversight.

After spending some time in Senior Medical and Operations roles in the pharmaceutical industry, Manar understands firsthand what it takes to set up and operate a PV team that goes beyond just meeting regulatory requirements. She believes that when done right, PV can play a role in helping physicians develop more confidence in products and build preference for brands.
