Malcolm Moffat MHSc, CHE

Malcolm Moffat is a seasoned administrator, with over 30 years experience in health care. He has a Bachelor of Science in Cell and Molecular Biology, from McGill University, and a Masters of Health Science in Health Administration, from the University of Toronto.

Malcolm has held various positions in health care, including Facilities Planner at Sunnybrook Health Science Centre, Administrative Director of Surgery at Sunnybrook, and Chief Operating Officer at the Toronto Bayview Regional Cancer Centre. Malcolm was the Vice President, Planning/Facilities & Chief Planning Officer at St. Michael’s Hospital form 1993 to 2003. His portfolio at St. Michael’s included the patient programs of trauma, musculoskeletal, and minimally invasive procedures, strategic planning, facilities planning, and capital construction. He completed an $80 Million addition to the Hospital to accommodate the programs and services of the Wellesley Central Hospital.
