Mahmoud Alsoufi MD

Dr. Mahmoud is Consultant Paediatric Cardiologist at Al Jalila Children’s. Graduating from Damascus University in 1997, he went on to receive the Arab Board Certificate in Paediatrics/Paediatric Cardiology. He followed that with a fellowship programme in paediatric cardiology at King Khaled University Hospital, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and later another fellowship programe at Hamad Medical Corporation, Doha, Qatar.
He enjoys a unique knowledge and understanding of the common cardiac diseases in children across the Middle East and the Arab countries, with 14 years of experience in invasive and non-invasive diseases at different centers in Syria and the UAE. Dr. Mahmoud is also an adjunct professor at Sharjah University since 2014.
