Mahalakshmi (lakshmi) K. Halasyamani MD

Joining NorthShore in 2016, Dr. Lakshmi Halasyamani oversees the organization’s quality, patient safety, and care transformation efforts. Prior to joining NorthShore, she held a range of physician executive roles. Dr. Halasyamani earned her MD with honors from Harvard Medical School and then completed her residency and chief residency in internal medicine at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston. She is certified in LEAN and is a Six Sigma black belt.
