Madhuri Hegde, PhD, FACMG, is Professor in the Department of Human Genetics at Emory University School of Medicine. She also serves as Executive Director of the Emory Genetics Laboratory at Emory University. Dr. Hegde is a board-certified clinical molecular geneticist and a member of the Cancer Prevention and Control Research Program at Winship.
Dr. Hegde earned her PhD from the University of Auckland in New Zealand. Prior to earning her PhD, she earned her MSc from the University of Bombay in India. Dr. Hegde also competed a postdoctoral fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine.
