Madhuri Anant Gore MBBS

Dr. Gore has been a faculty member at L T M medical college department of surgery for 30 years and chief of surgery for 11 years. She has a tremendous drive to conduct training programs in trauma, burns, venous diseases, surgical intensive care, and basic surgical skills. Her fields of interest have been burn and wound care, venous disorders, and trauma. As chief of burn care for more than 20 years, she has conducted several research projects, clinical trials and has developed banana leaf dressing contributing to the development of wound care products.

She has been the President of the Indian Association of trauma and critical care and the Indian society of wound management. Besides being sought for giving speeches, she has contributed more than 50 articles to journals and 10 chapters to different books. Dr. Gore’s contribution to training and research in these areas has been acknowledged with awards, orations, and felicitations. From September 2010 she is conducting her own surgical practice.
