M. Jack Borrok PhD

Dr. Borrok joined MedImmune in 2010 and currently works on a variety of antibody technologies focusing on the IgG Fc including antibody half-life extension, tissue targeting, modulating effector function, ADCs, and improving antibody developability. Jack received his Ph.D. in biochemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and received post-doctoral training at The University of Texas at Austin, where he studied antibody & protease engineering, as well as the biology of the IgG Fc region.
