Lynn Hall BSN, MSN

Lynn is presently the Senior Vice President of Clinical Services and Chief Nursing Executive/ Professional Practice Leader at the Winchester District Memorial Hospital (WDMH). Lynn also manages the Diagnostic Imaging and Perioperative Departments. Within her portfolio, Lynn is fostering an environment of growth, safety, development, leadership and collaboration.

Lynn is a strong advocate at the senior level for the delivery of high quality health care and a positive patient experience. She supports new patient safety/quality initiatives that are continually underway at WDMH such as; increasing medication reconciliation compliance, palliative tools compliance, reducing the Hospital’s Alternate Level of Care days, the Good Catch/Near Miss program, as well as the electronic Risk and Incident Management System.
