Luqman Bin Ibrahim MIntMed

Dr. Luqman bin Ibrahim is a senior lecturer in endocrinology at University Malaya Medical Center. He graduated with MBBS from IIUM, and Masters in Medicine (Internal Medicine) from University Malaya. He subsequently received subspecialty training in endocrinology under the Ministry of Health Malaysia. He has been extensively involved in the management of patients with type 1 and types 2 diabetes, diabetes in pregnancy, as well as general endocrinology. Apart from clinical works, he is also involved in training undergraduate and postgraduate students, as well as research works. He was involved in both industry-sponsored and investigator-initiated clinical trials and has given lectures at local and international conferences. Dr. Luqman is currently a member of the Malaysian Endocrine and Metabolic Society (MEMS)
