Lucie Benesova

Lucie’s professional background covers more than 10 years of working with fertility patients, out of which 7 years in direct care of couples going through fertility treatment. Lucie specializes in countries of southern European, especially Italy, where she spent 4 years studying the language and culture.

Her vision of customer care is based on getting to know your fertility patients and their background, understand their situation and complexity – ie financial, psychological, personal. She accompanies her patients from the moment they decide to start the treatment and stays in touch with them long after the end of their journey.

Lucie lives and work in Prague, Czech Republic and she is the co-owner and Customer Care Director of Brevissimo, an agency that is dedicated to serve international fertility patients who come to Czech Republic for treatment at a number of Czech fertility clinics
