Luciana Bueno PhD

Luciana Graduated in Industrial Chemistry from Oswaldo Cruz College. Master in Nuclear Technology by the Institute of Energy and Nuclear Research IPEN / USP. PhD in Food Science from the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences of the University of Sao Paulo and Post-doctorate in Biomedical Research by the Medical School of Ribeirao Preto and the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences in the Food Technology area of ​​the University of Sao Paulo. He has experience in Experimental Nutrition and Food Science and Technology, with emphasis in Chemistry, Microbiology and Nutrition Biochemistry. Clinical Nutrition Science, startup of food and beverages, in which he acts in the management of research focused on practical application and new business, strategy of elaboration and development of business models, market analysis and business marketing.
In Applied Research, we work on the following topics: bioavailability of micronutrients and macronutrients, in vitro and in vivo nutrient evaluation methods, clinical trials with humans, experiment planning and optimization, Big Data, experimental data treatment, mathematical modeling, formulation development nutritional probiotic, prebiotic and symbiotic fermented and unfermented dairy products, development of nutritional supplements for oral intake and enteral nutrition.
