Luca Boarino

Dr. Boarino is now Senior Technologist at the National Institute of Metrological Research and Head of Nanofacility Piedmont INRIM. He achieved the Physics Laurea in 1987 at University of Torino, on the simulation and fabrication of semiconductor power devices, in cooperation with International Rectifier Corporation Italy.
