Luc Boileau MD, MSc

Dr. Luc Boileau is President and Chief Executive Officer of the Institute of national excellence in Health and Social Service. A doctor trained at the University of Sherbrooke and a specialist in public health, Luc Boileau holds a Master’s in Health Administration from the University of Montreal and a fellowship from the Canadian Health Services Research Foundation. In addition to having extensive clinical experience—particularly in emergency medicine—he has acquired solid experience in the management of health institutions and public health organizations, as well as the regional governance of health systems, while participating in and managing several regional and national projects.
