Lori B. Knitt, RN, BSN, MS, FACHE, Vice President of Nursing Services at Aurora Sheboygan Memorial Medical Center (ASMMC), oversees inpatient, outpatient, emergency, behavioral health, and community outreach activities. Previously, during her tenure as Medical Staff/Quality Director, ASMMC was named one of the "Top 100 Hospitals" by Thomson Reuters for five consecutive years.
Ms. Knitt also championed the implementation of the AHC Zero Suicide Initiative, serving as Co-Chair of the Zero Suicide Executive Committee and Chair of the Project Steering Committee. She was one of five ASMMC clinical team members at the Wisconsin Zero Suicide Academy in 2017. Ms. Knitt received a bachelor's degree in nursing from Alverno College, Milwaukee, and a master’s degree in business and organizational development from Silver Lake College. In her work as an ICCU staff nurse, she earned a CCRN certification.
