Dr. Lori Panther is an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School and is Associate Director for Clinical Research at The Fenway Institute in Boston, MA. She is on staff in the Division of Infectious Diseases at Beth Israel Medical Center, and is Director of the High Resolution Anoscopy (HRA) Clinics at Beth Israel Medical Center, which provide multispecialty care and longitudinal follow up of patients with HPV-related anogenital cancers and dysplasia. She has been involved with clinical research of the immunologic mechanisms involved in mucosal transmission of HIV and human papillomavirus (HPV) for most of her career.

Dr. Panther received her MD from the University of Iowa School of Medicine, and completed her training in Internal Medicine at the University of California at San Francisco Medical Center. She completed her training in Infectious Diseases at the University of Washington Medical Center, and received her MPH from Harvard School of Public Health. She is board-certified in Internal Medicine and Infectious Diseases.
