Loren Laine, MD, is a gastroenterologist who specializes in digestive diseases, including stomach ulcers and gastrointestinal bleeding. As a professor of medicine at the Yale School of Medicine, Dr. Laine is committed to advancing understanding and treatment of digestive disorders. His research interests include gastrointestinal bleeding, ulcers, and fecal microbiota transplantation.
Dr. Laine completed his medical training at UCLA School of Medicine, followed by a residency in medicine at UCLA and a fellowship in gastroenterology at UCSD. He is a past President of the American Gastroenterological Association.
