Livia Zamfiropol LLB

Livia Zamfiropol has over thirteen years' experience in advising companies from the life sciences sector with respect to regulatory and competition related aspects of manufacturing, promotion and distribution, strategic commercial contracts and implementation of internal procedures and compliance programs. She acts on behalf of clients in procedures with the Romanian Competition Council and the European Commission in relation to antitrust and state aid cases.

Livia coordinated and implemented a large number of antitrust compliance programs for clients acting in various industries. She also coordinates the Competition and State Aid Committee of AmCham (the American Chamber of Commerce in Romania). Livia heads the Competiton and Life Sciences practices in the Bucharest office.
