Lisa Russell PhD

Dr. Lisa Russell is a Lecturer in Haemato-oncology at Newcastle University. Her research has provided two such examples highlighting that rearrangements involving the immunoglobulin loci (Ig) and the cytokine receptor CRLF2 are associated with a poor outcome. These findings have led to treatment changes within the United States and are currently being used to inform the next pediatric and adult ALL treatment trials within the UK.
