Lisa Perla MSN, FNP, CNRN, CRRN

Ms. Perla is a Licensed and Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and a Certified Neuroscience and Rehabilitation Registered Nurse.Ms. Perla has had numerous roles during her career as an Intensive Care Unit nurse, a transplant coordinator, a nursingeducator, a nurse manager, and as a mid-level provider. She is currently a national speaker on neurologic disordersand is the National Polytrauma Coordinator for Veterans Affairs Central Office in Washington, D.C.
She fervently supports the development of national policy toassure the seamless transition of service members andveterans between the Department of Defense (DoD), the private sector and VA healthcare. She is a member of the DoD/VA, Interagency Care Coordination Committee and Community of Practice and serves as the Professional Development and Education Subgroup Lead for VA.
