Lisa Hollier, MD, MPH, FACOG, is a Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology and Maternal-Fetal Medicine and Director of the Division of Women’s Health Law and Policy at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas; Chief Medical Officer of Obstetrics and Gynecology for Texas Children’s Health Plan; and the Medical Director of Obstetrics and Gynecology for Texas Children’s Health Plan’s new medical home initiative,

The Centers for Children and Women. She currently serves on the Texas Health and Human Services Commission Perinatal Advisory Council which oversees the development of standards and accreditation of neonatal and maternity care in Texas and is the Chair of the Department of State Health Service Maternal Mortality and Morbidity Task Force.
