Lisa M. Wichmann RN, MS, ACM, NC-BC

Lisa Wichmann, RN, MS, ACM, NC-BC, is the Nursing Director for Ambulatory Care Coordination at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, MA. Prior to that, Lisa was the Director of Case Management at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, also in Boston, MA. Mrs. Wichmann has been a nurse leader in case management for twenty-five years, working in acute rehabilitation, the insurance industry, and post acute care.

Lisa has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing and a Master of Science Degree in Health Services Administration from U-MA Lowell. She is a member of the American Case Management Association and is an accredited case manager. A board certified nurse coach from the International Nurse Coaching Association, Lisa has spoken about high-risk ambulatory care coordination locally and nationally.
