Lisa A. Garner MD, FAAD

Lisa Garner, M.D., F.A.A.D., is a Garland native. She received her Bachelor of Science, magna cum laude, in Pharmacy from the University of Houston and her Doctor of Medicine from Baylor College of Medicine. Dr. Garner completed an internship in internal medicine and residency in dermatology at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in 1987. During her residency, she completed rotations at Parkland Hospital, Dallas Veterans Administration Hospital and Children’s Medical Center. She served as chief resident in dermatology during her final year of training. She was certified by the American Board of Dermatology (ABMS) and became a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology in 1987. She is a Clinical Professor of Dermatology at UT Southwestern.
