Lindsey Marshall Roth MPP

Ms. Roth is a Senior Health Care Analyst in the Performance Measurement Department at NCQA. She serves as a project manager for the maintenance and development of quality performance measures for NCQA. Ms. Roth’s contract work includes measure development for the 11 prospective payment system-exempt cancer hospitals with Mathematica Policy Research, Inc. She is also the project manager for a demonstration project in which NCQA is piloting and evaluating a model of patient-centered oncology care.

Prior to joining NCQA, Roth was a Senior Research Associate at the National Association of Public Hospitals and Health Systems. In this position, she managed several research projects focused on topics important to health care providers and hospitals that care for underserved populations. Roth also designed and implemented surveys for administrators and providers in hospitals and health systems and developed and designed quality data performance reports for safety net hospital executives.

Roth holds a BA in Political Science from the Pennsylvania State University and an MPP from the American University in Washington, DC.
