Lindsey Falconer BA, HRM, MIHM

Lindsey has worked in the health sector since 1998, initially with the RCGP and then as a practice manager for 16 years in Glasgow and Lanarkshire. During her time as a practice manager, Lindsey took on a supportive role to help practices improve and develop their systems. She spent six years as a trainer and marker on the NHS Education for Scotland (NES) Practice Managers Vocational Training Scheme (PMVTS) mentoring new managers in both the practical and theoretical areas of practice management.
