Lindsey began her career in the healthcare field working at Sutter Health in Northern California. In 2014, she acted as a Project Manager for a team funded by the Gordon and Betty Moore Foundation that supported clinical initiatives in 6 Sutter Health hospitals. She was introduced to the idea of Patient Family Centered Care and started researching ways her team could become involved.
In 2015 she led a team, with the help of the PFCCpartners Gateways Program, to implement Patient Family Engagement for their team. In less than a year they recruited, trained, and started working with a team of 10 Patient Family Advisors. Lindsey is also a Patient Family Advisor Skills Exchange Facilitator. In her new role at PFCCpartners, she is excited to foster positive relationships with our members and contribute to the organizational resources.
