Lindsay D. Urbinelli MD

Dr. Urbinelli joined the Pediatric Cardiology Center of Oregon in September 2016. She grew up in upstate New York which is also where she attended college and medical school. She received her undergraduate degree from Cornell University and a medical degree from SUNY Upstate University. She then ventured to New York City where she completed her pediatric residency and pediatric cardiology fellowship at Columbia University – New York-Presbyterian/Morgan Stanley Children’s Hospital. She then went on to complete an advanced imaging fellowship in fetal cardiology and cardiac MRI at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital.

Dr. Urbinelli is interested in all aspects of evaluating and caring for children with heart disease, both outpatient and in the hospital including postoperatively. She has a special interest in cardiac imaging, particularly fetal echocardiography including the diagnosis and prenatal management of congenital heart disease, fetal arrhythmias, and the evaluation of fetal cardiac function and heart failure from non-cardiac causes. She enjoys building nurturing relationships with children and families with congenital heart disease beginning before they are born and as they grow into young adults.
