Linda S. Overstreet-wadiche PhD

Linda Overstreet Wadiche received a BS in Biology from North Park University in Chicago, IL. In 1997 she received her PhD. from the Department of Physiology at Northwestern University Medical School under the mentorship of Dr. N. Traverse Slater. From 1998-2004 she was a postdoctoral fellow with Dr. Gary Westbrook at the Vollum Institute, Oregon Health & Science University. Dr. Wadiche became a Research Assistant Professor at the Vollum Institute in 2004. In June of 2006 she joined the Department of Neurobiology at UAB as an Assistant Professor.
