Linda Fensler, MS, CEAP has over twenty years of healthcare experience, and eight years of experience administrating an EAP for the Adventist Health System's Midwest Region. Linda completed a Masters of Science Degree in 1999 (MS), from DePaul University in Rehabilitation Facility Administration. In 1996, she completed a Bachelor of Liberal Arts (BA), from DePaul University, Chicago, IL. Linda's career began as a mental health worker at a Community Mental Health Center in Indiana, with over 6 years of experience working with Chronic Mentally Ill Individuals. In the last five years, she has represented two different, unique, addiction treatment center's. She contracted with AddictionReach, a unique treatment program sponsored by the PGA.
Linda's experience includes the development of an Internal EAP, throughout the Chicago area. She held the title of Regional EAP Director for the Adventist Health System's Midwest Region. She facilitated Fitness-for-Duty Training for the Chicago Auto Trade Association, for auto dealerships throughout the Chicagoland area. Fensler conducted DOT Fitness-for-duty assessments for two years. In 2012, Fensler formed FLEXIBLE EA Services, LLC: www.flexeaservices.com. She specializes in Violence in the Workplace. She has written materials addressing Process Addictions, Violence in the Workplace and Anti-Bullying Programs.
