Linda Christensen EDD, JD, RN, CNE

Dr. Linda Christensen, Chief Administration Officer for the National League for Nursing, is a nurse, educator, administrator, and lawyer. She has more than 35 years of experience in a variety of nursing education roles and settings, serving as program director, dean of nursing, and vice president of academic affairs. As a lawyer, she has practiced as a civil litigator, in-house attorney, legal writing instructor, and expert witness on various health and education related lawsuits. Dr. Christensen is an expert on legal issues in nursing education, including students taking legal action against educators, as well as how legislation and regulations impact the daily operations of educators and educational programs.
