Dr. Linda Bluestein, MD, is a renowned expert in hypermobility disorders, integrative pain medicine, and dance medicine. She is the founder of Hypermobility MD, a medical practice dedicated to providing specialized care for individuals with hypermobility-related conditions. Additionally, Dr. Bluestein established Bendy Bodies, a coaching program that empowers and supports individuals living with hypermobility disorders through education and mentorship.

Dr. Bluestein is internationally recognized for her contributions to the field. She is the host of the podcast Bendy Bodies with the Hypermobility MD, where she shares insights on managing hypermobility conditions and improving quality of life. Her extensive publications and lectures have advanced awareness and understanding of these disorders. Notably, she contributed two chapters to the book Disjointed – Navigating the Diagnosis and Management of Hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and Hypermobility Spectrum Disorders.

A former ballet dancer herself, Dr. Bluestein has a special interest in treating performing artists who are at higher risk for hypermobility disorders. She is board-certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology and has held academic roles such as Assistant Professor at the Medical College of Wisconsin, where she directed the RISHI Healer’s Art Program.
