Linda Baril RCRT

Linda Baril has been a reflexology practitioner for 30 years and is an Instructor with the Reflexology Association of Canada. Linda is also a Childbirth Educator and a Birth Doula. She began attending births over 30 years ago and brings her passion and belief in supported natural childbirth to her reflexology practice. Linda has created her own workshop “Assisting Women Through their Childbearing Year, Using Reflex and Acupressure Points”. She is happy to share the techniques she has found effective during pregnancy and childbirth with you.
