Lina Perez Breva received her degree in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Granada (2004). Specialist in Family and Community Medicine (MFYC) (2009). Doctor of Medicine from the Catholic University of Valencia (2017). Currently, Clinical Coordinator and Head of Clinical Trials in the Vaccine Research Area of FISABIO. After finishing the specialty in MFYC and working for a year as a Primary Care Team Physician, she joined the Vaccine Research Area in 2010 to start a team specialized in conducting clinical trials with vaccines in the adult population.
Lina has participated as a sub-investigator in more than 20 clinical trials with vaccines in both adult and pediatric populations. She carried out a research stay from August 2014 to February 2016 at the Department of Pediatric Infectious Diseases, Columbia University Medical Center in New York, participating, among others, in vaccine safety studies of the CISA project (Clinical Immunization Safety Assessment) of the CDC. She is currently a principal investigator in 3 clinical trials and one epidemiological study, a sub-investigator in 4 clinical trials, and an investigator in the IMI project "Trials@Home Center of Excellence - Remote Decentralized Clinical Trials."
