Lillian Mitchell DDS, FACD

Dr. Lillian Mitchell is currently the Director of Fixed Prosthodontics and the Faculty Development Officer at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) School of Dentistry. She is a Diplomate of the American Board of Prosthodontics and a Liaison for the ADEA Commission on Change and Innovation in Dental Education (ADEA CCI). At UAB she is actively involved in teaching prosthodontics, implantology, case-based education, and geriatrics at all levels of the curriculum. Dr. Mitchell is a graduate of Georgetown University School of Dentistry and completed residencies at the Veterans Administration Medical Centers in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and Buffalo, New York.
