Leslie Kay Scroggins Markle MD, FAAD

Dr. Leslie Scroggins Markle completed her Bachelor's degree at Texas A&M in College Station and her Doctor of Medicine at The University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston (UTMB) before returning to Tyler, her hometown. Recognized academically at both institutions, she also completed her internal medicine internship and dermatology residency at UTMB, serving as chief resident in her final year.

She credits her father, a Tyler family practice physician, who taught her the love of medicine and to treat her patients with a servant’s heart. Dr. Markle knows all too well the psychological and daily impact skin disease can have on a patient, and her desire is to alleviate that stress and pain.
