Leonardo Marini MD, FEADV, FAAD

Professor Leonardo Marini is a Dermatosurgeon specialized both in Dermatology and General Surgery. He is the Medical and Scientific Director of The Skin Doctors’ Center, one of the most advanced, Dermatosurgical Clinics in northern Italy where he performs Mohs surgery, laser dermatology, general and aesthetic dermatologic surgery.

Professor Marini participated in the foundation of ESMS in Portugal on April 6-7, 1990. He also founded the European Society for Laser Dermatology (ESLD) in 1996 and served as its President for the initial years of its activity. Co-Founder and Past President of the European Society for Cosmetic and Aesthetic Dermatology (ESCAD), he presently serves as its Treasurer. As Chairman of the EADV Task Force for Laser and EBD, he is also involved in the Fostering Dermatology teaching program of the EADV where he chairs courses of Laser Dermatology and Mohs Micrographic Surgery. He serves as the Honorary President of the Hellenic Society for Dermatologic Surgery.
