Leonard Petrucelli, Ph.D., is at the forefront of research investigating the cellular mechanisms that cause diseases characterized by abnormal protein aggregation such as Alzheimer's disease, frontotemporal dementia (FTD) and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS).
