Dr. Leon Cohen is a General and Bariatric surgeon in Perth Western Australia. He founded Mercy Bariatrics in 2004 and has performed over 1700 bariatric operations. He was an early adopter of sleeve gastrectomy and has an interest in revisional surgery and resleeve gastrectomy. He has served on the OSSANZ board and trains Bariatric fellows at his centre in Perth. Outside of surgery his passions are sailing and Jazz music.
