Dr. Lackey has a Master of Health Science from Johns Hopkins in Environmental Health Sciences and a doctorate from UCLA in Environmental Science and Engineering. Professionally, she has worked for the Environmental Protection Agency and for the Food and Drug Administration leading risk management and benefit-risk assessment projects and initiatives in support of programmatic and regulatory decisions. She currently works for the Decision Support and Analysis Team at CDER. With DSAT, she is a co-lead for guidance development and for an initiative to explore advanced decision analysis and benefit-risk assessment techniques for regulatory decisions at CDER. She also serves on the ASA/DIA Benefit-Risk Assessment Planning Taskforce.
